Tensegrity Repair Series- Slow Flow Yoga

Finding balance between structure, compression and tension. We remain on the floor in this flowing practice. Movements are small, effective and connected with Radiant breath to ignite a relaxation response between each set of asana’s. Results are a quieter mind and strengthening structure  in the body.

Introduction to Pranayama/Meditation

Breath practice and Meditation. Learning to direct and lengthen the breath and therefore life force energy, this is perfect practice to learn yogic tradition. Breath work a different breath technique is taught each week -improving concentration and cardiovascular health and a perfect match for any physical asana session.
